As you can imagine Final Expense TeleSales is close to my heart, having seen it grow from a ‘sell anywhere from anywhere’ concept sketched out while on a business trip in our motor coach near Ouray CO. in the late 1990’s to a multi-state National TeleSalesTeam contracting hundreds of the finest TeleSalesAgents from coast to coast, including Hawaii and Alaska.
When we kicked off Final Expense TeleSales we had to think outside the box. We didn’t want to reproduce ‘Insurance 101’, so we looked for people who were un-insurance like. We recruited for attitude and vision, not experience, as a general rule. So consequently – we were going to be spectacular in either success or failure.
But today it’s obvious we’ve earned industry respect, having pioneered the first and only National Tele-Lead Management System, doubling agent’s sales while reducing their business expenses to nearly zero and lead cost by 75%. As a result of this wonderful achievement, our TeleSalesTeam enjoys unlimited access to the highest quality ‘real time’ mail responder leads for no more than what it would cost to buy 8 to 12 leads anywhere else.
I don’t know of too many other companies where it’s ‘normal’ to experience over half of its growth directly from its own people. Where we have grown from just a small 18 seat call center to having TeleSalesAgents in nearly every state across the country, assisting National Team Leaders in building their own TeleSalesTeam and now multiple call centers who all just ‘plug’ into our TeleSalesSytem… but that’s the exciting part about joining our TeleSalesTeam, and I can assure you it’s not going to stop here.
We are often asked the secret of our success and without hesitation I tell them it’s the vision and commitment of each individual that make up our TeleSalesTeam. We don’t always get it right, but that is our objective and to date we’ve been pretty good at it. Never have I been so excited to be a part of such an elite group of individuals.

Yes, we do work hard and we stay focused on our business goals but, most importantly, we try and have fun doing it.
